Kickoff Club HQ ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Communication with our support team

  • Process your payments and subscriptions

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store credit card numbers)
  • Vercel: Website hosting
  • Vercel Web Analytics: Counts page views without cookies. It is turned off if you choose “Decline” or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
  • Google Analytics: Used only if it is turned on for this site, and then only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. It is never loaded when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, and we do not enable its advertising features.
  • YouTube: Our lesson videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play on a video. The player then loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies. Apart from YouTube when you press play, and Google Analytics if you click “Accept”, we do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on our site over time or across other websites.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run your session; the site does not work without them. We do not use advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and our own page-speed measurements do not use cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept”, and YouTube may set cookies only after you press play on a video. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page; choosing “Decline” turns these tools off right away. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal from your browser as an opt-out of all optional analytics and of any sale or sharing of your personal information. When we detect either signal, we do not show the cookie banner, we do not load Google Analytics or Vercel Web Analytics, and the bottom of every page confirms that your opt-out is honored. We do not sell or share personal information in any case. If you do not use these signals, you can make the same choice with the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will process it within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

11. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, (2) request deletion of your data, (3) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share your data; a Global Privacy Control signal is honored as this opt-out), and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 12. Children's Privacy

Kickoff Club HQ is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

13. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery via email.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, by email.
